Hi Srividya, TU Ilmenau, KIT Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, University of Magdeburg, TU Clausthal offer Masters in Mechanical ENgineering.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.
If you do not want to apply directly or are apprehensive youtake help from UNI ASSIST. they charge Euro 55 for their service of applying to 2-3 univ.And additional Euro 15 per univ.

Dear student, according to your rank its not possible to get admission through aieee but u can get admission through management quota.please read the following:The general procedure of getting admission is as follows: out of total seats we have 70% seats reserved for RPET,15% for JEE and 15% for management quota. 1)if u have a domicile of rajasthan then u have to appear in RPET exam and after clearing the exam u will get a particular rank. On the basis of your merit u can get admission in skit. 2) if u belong to some other state then u have to give the exam of JEE and according to the score of JEE u can apply in skit. 3) if your rank is not upto the mark n u have given any of the above mentioned exams(according to eligibility mentioned above) then u may seek admission through management seat.
