Both the colleges are the premium Engineering colleges and for admission to them you have to get a decent rank, so chances are very less, still you may try.

Economics Honors is Much better than B.Com honors . In Delhi University Economics Honors Students Gets an Average Package of 3.5 - 4.5 lakhs . So better go with Economics Honors.

where do you stay? It is better to ask your teacher for private tution, but it is more advisable to do the self study, as teacher can make you pass the examination but to make good concepts about the subject you have to do the self study of various books and journals.
