Just for your knowledge there is 1 course called Corporate Administration and Facility Management. This course is specially designed for the engineering students. After doing such a course you can use your technical expertise of your engineering stream and as well as your soft skills to manage Multi National Corporations (MNC's).
Course duration is also 1 year and students can earn back upto 50% of their fees back as they go for 6 months of industry exposure. Students after pursuing this career are getting guaranteed salary packages in the range of 4 - 6 lacs. Package though depend on the experience level of an individual.

After completing your engineering you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your engineering and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- The other advantage of work ex

In order to pursue MBA you need to appear in various management entrance tests like: CAT, MAT,XAT etc.
I would suggest you to prepare for these test and appear in the next test, however you may even look for institutes which conducts entrance test of their own.
