If you can get a scholarship on merit, all the best. Otherwise, please be aware that the fee structure for MBBS in UK can go up to Rs 1 crore.
If you want to PRACTICE in UK, you can complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)

Computer Science has a good scope in future.As far as UPES,Dehradun is concerned it is a good university.My sister is a passout of UPES in Computer science engineering as well and has been happy career wise since then. UPES is known for its core sector programs. Also, the CS courses at UPES are in collaboration with IBM so it's worth a try.
