I hope you are doing well. No you can't give AAT examination because you didn't even clear the cutoff of JEE Advanced. The minimum criteria for getting into AAT is to clear the JEE Advanced cut-off. You should go for NITs.

The candidate should have passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50% marks.
After you have cleared your compartment exam, you are eligible for the admission.

You need to understand that Pilot training is governed and regulated by DGCA and it is irrespective of the flying school you choose to train with. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th.
