Hello,
I hope you are doing well. No you can't give AAT examination because you didn't even clear the cutoff of JEE Advanced. The minimum criteria for getting into AAT is to clear the JEE Advanced cut-off. You should go for NITs.

Pilot training is conducted by flying schools and not by colleges. It is a professional training where you GET a license after completing the training and that will be issued by DGCA. It is not a degree course. Your educational qualification will continue to remain the same as it was before starting the training for CPL. The only difference it will make is that it will add to your professional training. And it will make you job ready. Some good flying schools in India in terms of training are as under :
1. IGRUA, Raebarelie Fursatganj
2. NFTI, Gondia
3. Chimes Aviation, Sagar
4. MPFC, Bhopal
5. BFC, Mumbai
6. Carver Aviation, Baramati

I have explained almost all about CPL Training here:
You need to understand that Pilot training is governed and regulated by DGCA and it is irrespective of the flying school you choose to train with. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you to visit http://www.dgca.nic

Placements: Placements take place in our college very well. But only 40% of students only get placement. The highest salary for them is 50000 and the lowest salary is 15000. Many companies take students, like Bosch, Hyundai, etc. Internship will be given to many students even in my class, like in MTC, Ashok Leyland, etc. There is no placement cell in our college.
Infrastructure: The only college having advanced technology automobile lab is our college in Chennai and 5 CAD labs with AC. Sports will be conducted. They even send us for intercollege matches. There are a lot of canteens. Hostels are good. Both AC and non-AC rooms are availa

Sorry, but for COEP, you need marks around 150+ for general category in MHTCET for getting a seat in COEP. Since there are lots of reservation quotas, rankings vary with single marks too. 150 will be the least marks for CSE and atleast 170+ are required.
Best of luck.
