Definitely, CS will provide a good opportunity to you. Company secretary is becoming very broad in terms of growth in the corporate world. You can get into highly paying positions in both public and private sectors like bank and financial institutions, SEBI, etc. In India, generally the initial pay for a CS professional is about 25k-50k. After some years of work experience, you can get 1 lakh/month. Age is not an issue because it is a professional course.
All the best for your future.

The comparison of courses which you have mentioned is a little odd. The most important thing is your interest. CCNA is a networking certification course, RHCE is Linux, and PHP is designed for development. If you are interested in networking as a career, then CCNA is the option whereas RHCE is good for Linux Admin/System Admin. Being honest with you, it's really difficult to suggest which course would help you to get an immediate job but I would suggest you go for CCNA. Also, I would strongly say that CCNA is a big course and basic concepts must be cleared.
