Try to clear them. You can't join B.Tech degree without clearing back papers in Diploma course. Diploma is considered equivalent to intermediate. After clearing the backlogs, you can join engineering degree through lateral entry scheme. By this scheme, you have the provision to get directly into the second year of engineering. Lateral entry admissions are carried out on the basis of the marks obtained in lateral entry entrance exams (carried out by the concerned University that offers the course).

Hello Chirag, It's very tough to predict college. Getting a particular college depends to a large extent on how those above you give their choices. But 248 out of 700 is not bad at all. But in absence of any past data, i feel you should not worry too much. Register for online counselling and hope for the best.

Symbiosis is a better option than Amity Noida because the reality is Symbiosis is better in terms of education than Amity. But the thing is regular courses have more value than private or correspondence mainly in UG courses so I will suggest you to go for BBA from Symbiosis rather than BBA LL.B. From Amity Noida.

Placements : Since it's a new university emerged in 2015, there's no graduated batch yet. The placement offers for the MBA students in the university are really impressive. The promised placements are only redeemable on completion of the final year which no batch has completed yet. Infrastructure : The infrastructure is the best attraction of Presidency University.
