Hey Dharani,
The minimum merit score (IPE boards%+NATA score) has to be above 140. And if you are satisfying this condition then, I think you can easily get admission in here through your combined scores.

I would like to tell you that IET is one of the most reputed colleges for engineering in UPTU. I don't think with this rank you would be able to get admission in IET. You can check the last year's cut-off also, but yes, you can get admission in other government colleges, all you have to do is check the last year's cut-off and look for the best colleges according to your rank.

If you want to pursue your career in chef then saying that you are vegetarian won't help. Being a chef he/she should know different dishes be it vegetarian or non-vegetarian. After you have completed your studies you may go on for being an expertise in vegetarian dishes but all the best colleges for this course you would be required to have the experience in both vegetarian as well as non vegetarian dishes.

You may not get admission on the basis of your AME but the basis on which you got admission into AME can GET you into course for CPL. It requires 12with PCM. That's all.
