Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory for the student to be eligible for semester exam.

It is very difficult to get admission with these marks, but you should try because sometimes luck plays an important role.
But, practically it is very rare that you get admission in YMCA.

Hi Leen,
The percentage required to clear UGC NET JRF is 55% for general category without rounding off. There are three rounds in it.
The minimum for paper-1 is 40% and paper-2 is 50%, so the total should be 90/200. It includes paper-1 and 2.
For paper-3, it is 90/200.

If you want a government you don't need any additional certificates. Only you have to do is that Concentrate on your academic courses and prepare for GATE or IES. There is a bright future for mechanical engineers in India. Every year 20+ government companies hire mechanical engineers. All you have to do is that appear in GATE exam and qualify with under 250 AIR. The pattern of GATE exam, you can download from the official website or can search to google. For best four subjects you just need to add the maximum marks obtained in top four subjects and divide the resultant from 4. For example. If I was having five subjects in class 12th i.e. Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics, Business studies and English, then add the maximum marks obtained in your top four subjects and then divide the resultant from 4 and you will get your best four % for DU. Hope this helps.
