Yes, It's available, SRCASW has one of the biggest libraries of Delhi university colleges. College has e-library also. The library is spacious and has different sections for different years and different  departments, library is neat and clean. from library you are allowed to borrow books for 7 days without fines. But after 7 days, you will be fined 1 rupee for 1 day.

The total tuition Fee for the Bachelor of Science courses is between INR 65.34 K to INR 1.1 Lakh (for 3 years). Tuition fee is calculated on the basis of 1st year. The actual amount may vary.
