Hi Meghal, 4 yrs are not enough to get an entry into Oxford MBA. After graduation an applicant is expected to have at least 3 yrs of managerial work ex, an outstanding GMAT score (around 700 +), and a very good IELTS or TOEFL score.
As GMAT and IELTS or TOEFL can be cleared in the same year and if you have good quant skills then you won't need much preparation also. But work experience can not be compromised for as this is what will form basis of your knowledge in the MBA class.

Hi Amit, you have not specified whether you are a fresher or experienced professional.
If you are a fresher then there is no need to appear for any additional exam other than IELTS or TOEFL. You should have 60% in UG from a reputed Indian University. If you can give me the name of the university you have completed UG from I ll be able to tell you the percentage requirement.
