It's so obvious that out of the two modes of learning (tutored and self-learnt), a self-learning approach suits you better. this is amply displayed in your skill in sports and guitar and lack of marks. Obviously based on current information, btech wont suit you. Since you have mentioned a lot of streams, I would suggest you to prioritize a specific focus area and think -
*What type of job interests you ?
*In which field you wish to build your career ?
*Which one is better on the basis of your career goal ?

As per your query, both the streams, engineering and fashion designing are totally opposites.
2)
As you have mentioned that you are not interested in machines. You may explore other branches of engineering as well such as IT, software, civil, etc. OR you may straight away join fashion design.
