Dear Kamaran, You are not only reading ,you are actually studing BE (ME) .
There is no Part Time B sc( Chemistry) course offered in india; there may have Bsc (Che) evening course.
My advice to you if you are really interested in B Sc ; Join a distance learning B Sc program.
Since you did not mentioned your current city it becomes very tough to suggest you some institute.You may have a list of govt (DEC) approved distance learning institutes ar www.ignou.ac.in
