Yes, there is scholarship program. The candidates getting 60%to 70% in graduation gets 10 % scholarship , from 70% to 80% gets 15% scholarship and above 80% gets 20% scholarship from tution fee paid by the candidates.

85 percentile is the minimum criteria for consideration for admission call, getting 85 percentile does not guarantees admission call. A call depends on many other factors not limited to academics, work experience, extra curricular at national or state level etc. Given your academic, you have very less chance since your graduation percentage is below 60.

As far as my knowledge you will face problem in getting seating. What you can do is give re exam of that paper also i would suggest you to contact the admission cell directly of the college in which you are interested to take admission.

U are not eligible for getting admission in the B Tech. m If u really want to do engg. from a reputed college or institute u must have to score good so that u will be able to get admission in the top level colleges/institutes who provide better environment and job prospective. Otherwise u can also check the official sites of the above said universities/Colleges who provide better infrastructure and placements.
