U can do M. Com and B. Ed simultaneously but make sure that one of the course must be through correspondence and one through regular study. but how will u manage to teach in junior colleges. As the timing of the institute where u will do ur regular course will be 9 to 4. make sure what u want want to do. . There are certain educational institutes providing quality education i.e., College of Physical Education, Pune Lakshmibai National College of Physical Education, Thiruvananthapuram Indira Gandhi Institute Of Physical Education and Sports Science, New Delhi, Lovely Professional University.

I would suggest you to go for CSE in PEC since placement wise it is better plus it provides you a good city to live in. NIT kurukshetra tag is a plus point over PEC but since you've aiming for MBA/IAS in future.that tag won't really matter much.

If you wish to take academic, professional or vocational training at a university, college or other educational institution in Canada, you will need a study permit before you enter Canada.

Yes your academic qualifications are good but you need to score atleast 70 percentile in any one of the national level entrance exams such as CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT.Also admissions are over and classes are started here.So better try for next year.My best wishes for you
