I am not getting in what sense you are asking this question. Let me answer this in best way i can. If you are talking about t admissions, everyone has equal chance of getting selected because every Bschool need mix of students including work ex and freshers. If you are talking in terms of placements, again it depends company to company but everyone will get a fair amount of chances. So in short, being a fresher is not any disadvantage

No There is no university which will allow u to appear in only third year of BA (Geography). although u have done B Ed , B Com and M there is no provision for doing only BA 3rd. U will have to pass in all the 3 years of graduation only then u will be eligible for degree. There are certain colleges universities which are best for theirs education and placements. Some of them are Lovely Professional University, kurukshetra University, Sikkim manipal University

No u are are not eligible for the CAT exam. First of all u should qualify ur supply exam and then try for the cat. On the basis of Can and mars of the qualifying exam u can get admission in certain good colleges like Lovely Professional university, Annamalai University, kurukshetra university etc. These are the institutes/colleges committed to provide quality education and better placement services.

You marks are not so good to get enrollment in any top university or government engineering colleges. I think you should try for other private engineering colleges as there are many reputed private engineering colleges in India such as SKIET, PSG, BMS, DTU, PES etc, which has the best educational system and providing good placement in top companies.
