I am not getting in what sense you are asking this question. Let me answer this in best way i can. If you are talking about t admissions, everyone has equal chance of getting selected because every Bschool need mix of students including work ex and freshers. If you are talking in terms of placements, again it depends company to company but everyone will get a fair amount of chances. So in short, being a fresher is not any disadvantage
