I would suggest to continue with b.a at bhu for two reasons. one is the course will give you chances to pursue many other options in master's and its different from commerce. Secondly, you can do management course as PG with this as well. If there is any specific purpose of doing b.com, its upto u.

Tech ECE is core branch of engineering which deals with both basics of electronic and Telecommunications. Earlier this branch was a specialisation of Electrical engineering. B.Tech is a much more proffesional job oriented degree so better go for B.Tech

The admission criteria of both of college is different. The Fairfield college required CLAT scores for BBA LL.B. Admission and affiliated to GGSIPU. While Alliance University is an UGC recognised Private University in Karnataka. The Alliance University conducts own entrance exam ACLAT for BBA LL.B. Admission. So both colleges are good for pursuing BBA LL.B. But you have to prefer the college near to you.

There are very less chances of getting admission in the fourth CAP round! To get the admission for sure your score should have to be around 90 percentile. You can try getting admission through Institute level seats!
