PGDM expands to Post Graduate Diploma in Management, the confusion starts when you see the term Diploma. Many students are of the view that it is a Diploma course and not a Degree; you are right to an extent that it is a Diploma. The main reason why postgraduate courses are named as PGDM is because when an Institute is an autonomous body (meaning it is not affiliated to any University) and conducts management courses then such Institutes cannot offer MBA degree. There are short-term courses and Diploma courses are available in institute. Find a suitable institute nearby you and go for it. You need to have HSC pass only or if you're graduated, the chances are high to get a job.

PGDM at MSRIM have a good value in the market.
yes it is well respected by the companies that's why every year they are coming to campus for recruitment , every year at MSRIM more than 100 companies come for the recruitment. The highest package at M S Ramaiah is Rs.14 lakhs per annum

All the institutes are fine. But I would like to share my insights about LPU.
1. Accreditation: As LPU got accreditation from the Accreditation Council of Business Schools and Programs, USA (ACBSP). Not only LPU is highly accredited, but also it is having numerous international tie-ups for instance university of North Alabama, Livingstone College etc.
2. Size:LPU is spread over 600 acres campus consisting of 3000+students and 3500+ faculty members and staff. Students are taking the admissions not from all over India but across the borders as well which make me feel that I am in a foreign land.
