The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Percentage obtained in Bachelor's degree would be calculated on the basis of practice followed by the concerned university. In case of grades/CGPA, the conversion would be based on the process defined by the concerned university. In absence of any percentage conversion scheme, candidates CGPA will be divided by maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100. Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification are also eligible to apply for CAT.

Unfortunately, in India, the minimum eligibility condition is that one must be PG. Hence, in spite of your immense experience in the industry, I am afraid your dream of obtaining PhD is not going to be fulfilled.

*You must have obtained a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks for general category and 45% for the reserved category with 3 years managerial /supervisory/ professional experience. *Professional degree with at least 50% marks in engineering, medicine, CA law, etc.
*Also, you need to qualify OpenMAT (a management aptitude test) conducted by IGNOU for admission into the management programmes.
