Sorry Deepika, you don't have any chance of getting IET Lucknow. Try for other colleges like KNIT Sultanpur, BIET Jhansi, IERT Allahabad, JSS Noida, AKGEC or ABESEC.
One thing I want to suggest is- you should go for every round of counselling to get good colleges.

It is a very average college of UPTU. It doesn't have a good placement record, while they are working on their academics from the last year.

It's difficult to say about that. But if I were at your place I will go for BIET Jhansi because REC Banda is not good college. REC is preparing himself to get better from last year.

There are not many new engineering private colleges in Pune and it’s also not a good idea to join a new college as there are very less views/information available on faculty and placements.

If you are not able to make it through your exam rank, then you must try for management quota seat but management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities. Please contact the college authorities for all the details.

In B.Sc You learn everything in general but you don't get any specialisation like botany, zoology, physics, chemistry or maths. You become simple Science graduate. But the third year or B.Sc. Honors give you a specialisation like botany zoology and physics etc. Till 2 years you study general course of Science along with subject you entered on third year you specialisation on specific subject. It is advisable to do BSc hons because it gives you a much better scope for further studies.
