Allotment letter means fees allotment letter. It will be provided by the institute where you are going take admission. It will have fee structure and all fee related details. Contact admin department of your college to give letter on college letter head.

At this qualification it is difficult to get good job you can try only for clerk job , for that you can mention any computer diploma , but i suggest you to go for further study , becasue many time problems come i front of us but you can give exam by private from CBSE for 12th class and after that give AMIE exam along with your job , good luck

Dear Vikky,
The valid option for taking B.Tech course through distance mode is
1) AMIE (Associate Membership Of Institute Of Engineering) All Branches Electrical, Electronics , Mech, Chem, Computer, Civil, Aero etc you have to clear Sec A & Sec B in respective branch which will be equivalent to BE and is valid and well recognized in India for Govt. Jobs and Further Education.
2) Institution of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) , New Delhi , in ET,IT,CS through Distance mode which is also recognized in India by MHRD for Higher Education and Jobs in Govt sectors

In order to pursue masters degree from universities in Germany, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned tests:
1. GRE.
2. TOEFL or IELTS.
