No. For teaching position in secondary level school, you must have graduation and B.Ed in same subject. To teach at junior college, you must be a masters in a particular subject and an M.Ed your B.Ed or M.Ed from an NCTE approved institute
MA is not equivalent to B.Ed and M.Ed. so you will not be able to apply for teaching position in school or junior college
however, after completing MA, you may apply for NET/ SET and after qualifying, you may apply as assistant lecturer/ lecturer position to teach at senior college i.e. BA/ B.Com/ B.Sc

To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.
