Yes there is cut for SC candidates but you have to score at least 50% percentile in MAT examination to get selected. If you got selected then you have to fill domicile form after filling domicile form your submitted fess will be returned to you.

Historically, the cutoff for SIBM is around 97-98 percentile. So on 96, it can be very tight situation. You may or may not get a call. 10th and 12th do carry some weights but it is not much. So focus on SNAP first and rest will depend upon your gd/pi

The lecture timings are not fixed as there are a lot of visiting faculties, corporate lectures etc.
So the lectures could be different everyday
