This varies from one school to another. In terms of general understanding, an MS tends to require 30 graduate credits along with a thesis or rarely an applied project. Typically, this is aimed by candidates intending to further work on a doctorate or with keen interest in research work.
On the contrary ME /M.Eng tends to be focused in meeting needs of engineering intending to further broaden their knowledge and tends to be often a mixture of engineering and business class. Age eligibility criteria for appearing in PO examination is that age of candidate should be between 20 to 30 years. You will be eligible to appear for PO examination next year on completion of B.Com degree next year if you meet above mentioned criteria.

You can go for Bachelor programs other than mathematics. You should not worry as most of the colleges and universities in Canada ask for 60% in class 12th for CBSE board students.

Hello Sang Singh Bhati,
To get admission in Philippines for CPL is very easy. You only have to get in touch with the flying club from where you want to do your training, rest of the work will be done by them.
But, if you really want to be a pilot, I would suggest you to do your training from India or from some other country like USA or Canada. Philippines is not up to the mark.
