According to me, there is no difference on BE and B.Tech. I can assure you that the courses are same in both of them. Difficulty level depends on the university and on the marking scheme.
Apart from this, practicals are there in the course but college fails to provide practical knowledge. A few institutes take students for industrial visits.

That depends on what you want to do after graduation. You could pursue a career in medicine or opt for higher studies. I would suggest you get some work experience before you pursue higher studies as most colleges require work experience as a pre-requisite for M.Sc and MS courses.

You are definitely eligible for applying for B.Ed after completing B.Com and MCA course. For B.Ed, the minimum requirement is that you must be graduate. It does not matter from which course and which stream, and it will give you benefit of doing MCA. So, you need not to worry and can definitely apply.

Jaipuria Institute of management is better. The faculty members are highly qualified and extremely helpful. There are a limited number of seats there for PGDM and hence the competition is tough though. The placement records are also far better. To get admission in any MBA institute in any location, one must clear the entrance tests conducted by the recognized/ authorized body. It includes MAT/CAT/CMAT etc.
Without scoring minimum required marks in any of these exams, you are not eligible to get admission in MBA institute.
