If you have completed your 10+2 from a recognised education board, you can certainly apply for the course. You will have to appear for an aptitude test which will determine your admission status in the institute. For your information, this year's admission process is over. You may apply next year.

It depends on the caste category and the cut-off list of the college. There is no way of telling what will be the cut off of the college for a certain category. But, it will be more for OPEN and gradually less for others. You might find it at the college after there list is displayed. Just try to appear for the admission.

PG Diploma in Banking & Finance is a 1-year full-time Diploma level programme in Banking done after graduation. Holding a Bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% is a pre-requisite for the programme.

75% is a bit low. Gargi is one of the top south campus colleges. The cut of goes high. If your daughter belongs to your (general) category, it is nearly impossible to secure admission in Gargi college with only 75% in 10+2.

In this budget, you can't even study in any of the Indian private university and you are thinking of going abroad. But yes, you can study abroad also. For that, you have to apply for different scholarships. Only then you would be able to study abroad in this budget. You can also apply for the dexterity global d2c programme. Could you please provide your current qualification for better understanding? As per the information, I believe that there is no such distance education mode like we have in India for various courses. However, one can enrol himself for various online courses conducted by different foreign universities. But if one wants to do PG abroad then its better to do it as a regular mode. Here are some universities that provide the post-graduation in regular mode:
1. University of the Arts London
2. School of Oriental and African Studies
3. Brunel University
4. University College London
5. University of Westminster.

PG Diploma is done after Bachelor's degree. If you have a Bachelor's degree with 50% passing marks then you are eligible for most exams. Times Pro is a private institute I believe it doesn't take admission through the entrance.

First, she have to clear her 12th board exam because without passing 12th, she will not be eligible for any exam or admission.

There are various parameters to shortlist the universities in any country. It would depend a lot on your academic profile, IELTS/TOEFL scores. Moreover, both USA and canada university accepts 16 years of education. You can have a pathway programme in Canada and them apply for Masters course in radiology.

As per the information available, the college has 60 seats for this course. If you wish to know the vacant seats for the said course, I believe either one has to participate in the counselling round else get in touch with the college administration.
