If you want to do an MBA from a good B-School you need to have a graduation with 50% aggregate marks from a recognised University. If your degree is not recognised most of the good B-Schools may or may not accept you. To confirm this I would suggest that you should get in touch with various B-Schools either through mail or telephonicaly and check if this degree would be acceptable. Once it is confirmed that your degree i acceptable you can go head and sit for various entrances like: CAT, XAT, MAT etc. Few of the top notch B-Schools are:

Its very good that you want to see yourself as a Product Manager Post.
In distance learning MBA institute so many institute provides marketing as a speclization but i think with Marketing Mgmt Pharma Mgmt is specilization is also helpful for you.
Because your qualfication is BPharm and your job profile is Mktg Executive but in Pharms Industry, in future when time comes for the promotion and increment that time this dual specilization will help you, so my sugeestion is if you want to take admission in MBA so think for the dual specilization as i said.
