Let me tell you that you cannot do MBA the valid reason is that you must have a degree.
If you had a degree then you could have done MBA from a very good university.

You are eligible to apply at this university. I am not sure about your admission chance as there would be alot of competition for you to crack. I recommended scoring a high GRE score, atleast 1300+ so improve your admission chances. Other universities where you can also apply are Mcgill University, University of Western Ontario, Mcgill University

amit you can do your mba from AICTE approved colleges , that's good you have 4 year experience . I suggest if you want to do your mba in this year then fill CAT 2010-2011 form . Now days its runing . Don't think that you have diploma because its worthy graduation . Go for MBA in Marketing as that will make u ready for a better and brighter and bigger market. Prepare yourself for CAT as most of the good institutes and universities are covered under CAT. the cost of doing MBA comes around 50k to 75k approx for an year.

Yes, scholarships are available for International Students. There is no separate application for scholarships. You have to submit a normal admission application and in that application, there is a box which you would have to tick which would be asking you the question " Would you like to be considered for financial aid?".
Yes, in order to apply at MIT, you would have to give the SAT.
