As i have known that canada require ielts for ur course under sp programme, and u have to score 6.5 band for graduation level course which is ur choice, kindly visit the site:www.ontariocolleges.ca, In this site u can easily find mech.bechlor courses, as well 38 colleges under spp and also fee structure as well duration of course.just see the left top corner of the site where u can find search box , just enter ur detail (i.e-course,trade,uni.etc).

Hi Ramanuj,
To pursue MBA in Actuarial Science your friend should have Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from recognized University by the AIU with minimum 50% marks in aggregate or B' Grade / equivalent CGPA and two years post qualification work experience will be preferred.
