Yes, you can migrate from SOL to any regular college under D.U in the second and third years or B.Com(Hons) but not in the first year.
Two things are important : available seats in the respective college you wish to take admission and the merit criteria - mostly a first class and no backs in the first year. An approval from Academic Council of the University is a must on individual merit basis.

No tally is not d software on which bank works, they mainly wrks on FINANCE made by Infosys or other there own softare.actually they have an ERP based softwares to work. So if you want to join the bank just approach with positive attitude and with a zeal to learn and grow, and rest left on bank. they will provide a best guidance for learning there software. Hi,
Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue undergraduate degree from universities in Singapore you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in 12th.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Please note some universities may even require SAT scores of 1700-1800 plus.
