The eligibility for MBA is graduation in any stream, so after completion of graduation you can surely join MBA. Yes, you can choose any stream. The first year of MBA course is general. you will opt for specialization in 2nd year.

As per your query it seems that you are currently in class 12th and your your long term goal is to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program.
So regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be GRADUATE in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation.
So as if now your emphasis should be more on getting admission in good colleges for pursuing graduation.
I would suggest that once you complete your graduation you should work for 2-3 years and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to

I would say that a comprehensive plan in studies will help you reach your target . The time table for the study plan should be in tune with your daily needs and schedule.
