Interiors, textile as well as Web Design rely on the same skills - your layout skills and color sense. Journalism also is at this level and relies on your language skills and knowledge of history and current affairs. A little higher perches Graphic Design, Fashion Design, jewellery and Fine Arts which rely on one of your artistic skills - sketching and imagination. At a similar level perches VFX as well as Motion Graphics which rely on one of your artistic skills - Cinematographic skills and imagination. Then come careers like Animation, Film Making, Game Design which rely on multiple talents like your authority over sketching, acting, direction, voice, sound, writing, storytelling and problem solving skills etc. Any extra skill can be used in this. So it turns out to be one of the most challenging as well as satisfying careers. Sure not recommended for the weak hearted. You must update yourself with recent trends and news related to companies and different norms and rules. The communication skills are also important to have a successful career as a Company Secretary.
You must be able to express your ideas and know how freely and clearly. The preparation for CS course is not a hectic task. Prepare notes for the exam based on the syllabus. It is important that you develop conceptual knowledge base in the subject matters. The writing skills will also have to be improved, as it has a major role in this course.

As per your query it seems that you are currently in class 12th and your your long term goal is to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program.
So regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be GRADUATE in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation.
So as if now your emphasis should be more on getting admission in good colleges for pursuing graduation.
I would suggest that once you complete your graduation you should work for 2-3 years and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
5. Other activities like participating in various event like debates, quiz, extra curricular activities, etc.

Admission requirements for many Canadian universities change regularly so you must check with the university of your choice for the latest admission requirements. Here are a few examples:
University of Alberta: Minimum score of 155 on the quantitative and 4.0 on the analytical writing section
University of British Columbia: GRE not required.
Also, some Canadian universities require GRE scores, but don't specify minimum scores. So, you'll have to get in touch personally with the university of your choice.

I would say that a comprehensive plan in studies will help you reach your target . The time table for the study plan should be in tune with your daily needs and schedule.
As far as the preparation is concerned, I would suggest you to spend quality time everyday at reading journals, magazines, newspapers, etc. and for GK, you can refer Competition Success Review for updates on current affairs.
