Dear Dipti,In terms of Higher Education and Govt Jobs , Amity MBA is better than Symbiosis, Cause PGDBA of SCDL is not equivalent to MBA , so you will be not able to apply for GOVT Jobs where master degree is essential. Neither you can continue your Post MBA study after Symbiosis PGDBA.
PGDBA of Symbiosis may be well accepted by coporate world but it is upto them to accept or not, and not all will recognise it.
Good Luck !

Hi,
Initially you may find your work profile a little challenging but with time and experience, everything will become smooth.
You need to focus on the essential skills required to be a successful banker-
Team leadership qualities
Integrity, confidentiality and honesty in all dealings with money, customers & staff
Foreign exchange transactions need an analytical, quick and mature mind
Good communications skills in speech & writing
Numerical aptitude
Well-organised mind and well-rounded personality
You can keep yourself updated on the recent trends in the banking industry. A distance MBA in Banking/Finance can also help.
