How selective it is and how strong your profile is as compared to other applicants?The University of Alberta, University of Waterloo, Ryerson University and McGill University are some you can try.

From what I read, it is a private University under Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology.

Yes, you can change your college in second year, but there are many things that should be considered and should be thought of before changing your college and they are as follows:
First, you should get the original migration certificate from the old university or college. For this, you have to contact the Examination Authority in your college. As migration certificate mentions your present education level of study and the grades which you got in your first year which makes it easier for new college to accept admission in 2nd year.
