See the eligibility cut off for NEET to apply for various medical courses was 135 marks for general unreserved category last year and 107 marks out of 720 for reserved category like SC, St, etc. and to get into a good government college BAMS course, you'll need to have 420-450 and above marks in NEET. Having said this cutoffs also depends on various factors like number of candidates appearing and also the paper level difficulty, also the state you reside in, also the college you aiming for.
So as of now prepare on focusing more and more and once the marks and ranks are our.

Hi dear, I am sorry to say that if you have been unable to clear all your papers and unable to score a minimum of 60% in aggregate, you will not be allowed to get admission in another college, I. e. shift to another college from present. You need to have cleared all of your papers and should have scored a minimum of 60% in aggregate in the first year to be eligible to get transferred to another college as it can be done only in the first year and not after that. There were total of 34 students who got their branch slided in 2015 including me.
The criteria is very simple,you must have CGPA of above 8.5 in first two semesters with no Backlog papers.Official statement is in any branch ,a total of 10 percentage increment of total sanctioned strength of that branch can be accommodated through sliding.
Like ECE has sanctioned strength of 90 so a total of 9 students can get slided to ECE from other branches.
This criteria is strictly followed and only top 9 will get slided from all students who aspire to get a particular branch.

Yes, one is eligible for same if he/she has completed 10+2 schooling or any other equivalent examination with Science stream subjects with a minimum score of 50% in their examination. There is separate entrance for some universities also. It's a good option as majority Indian population is agriculture dependent and this sample space is of huge bonus to anyone entering the field. There are some colleges like IARI, New Delhi, NDRI, Karnal etc. which provide this course.
