It is not possible to write single sitting in regards to the second year papers of some other University. It is advised that you write the exams from the same University where you had enroll for the BCA and have completed the course from. Single sitting courses carry a lot of course value risk as it is not regarded equivalent to any other degree.

I would say that while choosing your career stream the most important thing which you should keep in mind is your own interests and career options. So, in case you feel that you can excel in the field of technology you should opt for BCA. being a commerce graduate another option for you if you could be BBA if you are not interested in commerce related programs like CA or CWA.

Now, if you don't want to go for your post graduation in Computer Science the other option which you may explore is Management programs or you can opt for some IT related certifications in software, networking or hardware, you can also opt for SAP programs.
