You can not do B.Sc from ISRO. IIST is an institute established by ISRO for studies in aerospace engineering. Admission is on the basis of JEE conducted by IITs.

It depends on the options you have in your hand. The fees is less for BITS Pilani MBA as compared to another colleges and hence in terms of ROI it is good.
There is no category wise cutoff. The CAT percentile should be above 80% to get a call for GD & PI and the forms have already rolled out.

You are advised to appear for mock tests conducted by various CAT coaching institutes to assess your weaknesses and strengths. You can work out a plan to improve on your weakness by either by self preparations or external coaching. Based on this strategy you may take dedicated coaching six months before CAT examination to improve your chances of success.
