The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed. course Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. ) Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks. If you fulfil this criteria then you can pursue regular B.Ed course and you can appear for CTET exam after completing B.Ed.

You cannot apply as the minimum percentage should be 50% in graduation but you can do MBA via distance education mode but not in regular as regular requires 50%.

There are many institutes which accept MAT score above 50 percentile but the second qualifier is minimum 50% in graduation.
But there are many institutes that accept this as well.

If you want to pursue Masters from top university or institute, I would suggest you to go for IIT JAM exam. This is one of the best exam in to go for MS.
Have you ever heard about this exam?
Most of the science graduates are looking for better career opportunities, but they are unaware & unenlightened about some courses that may lead there career path to a prestigious academic institute for higher education or Masters in science.

Why B.Tech after BCA? I would advise you to do MCA instead. In addition, you would have become age barred.
