BE / B.Tech degree in any discipline or its equivalent or M.Sc in Computer Science / IT /Electronics / Mathematics / Statistics / Physics or its equivalent. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.
Admission Procedure:
First preference shall be given to the candidates having a valid GATE score on merit and seats remaining vacant, second preference shall be the merit in qualifying examination.

You want to M.Sc. Physics with computer Science. Right? Unfortunately you have not mentioned as to which college or which university you are interested in taking admission. If only you had given this information it would have been much easier to give you a proper and correct and detailed advice. I, still nothing is lost as I will attempt to answer your query. I am sure by now you would have decided on which college and which university you want to take admission after your graduation in physics or Computer Sciences.
