There are various options available with good scope. You must opt for the one which matches your interest and skills.
1)
After 12th in Science (Biology, Physics and Chemistry), you may take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology). (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).
2)
Apart from doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration.
3)
You can also opt for courses outside the university stream such as hotel management, fashion technology, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses.
However, other than Science stream you may even explore the opportunities Commerce and Humanities offer.

To do B.C.A, you should have Maths as one of your subjects in class XII. The same also goes for B.E or B.TECH courses.
However, if no Maths, then the alternative is to pursue B.C.A from colleges that does not ask for Maths followed by PGDCA.
Further, you can pick M.C.A-
1. Your PG Diploma in Computer Applications makes you eligible for 2nd year M.C.A through lateral entry and simultaneously you can pursue DOEACC A Level.
2. You can go for Distance M.C.A with I.G.N.O.U as it allows you to clear Maths exam and then proceed with the master program.
*******With M.C.A, you can look for careers in Software, Hardware & Networking, Database Administration, Web Development.
