Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects from any recognized university can appear for the exam. The minimum score required is 55%.
The PG Diploma however, is not considered equivalent to MBA. So, you are not eligible for NET exam. I would advice you to pick a masters degree in a relevant discipline (M.A/MBA in HR) of 2 year duration and then proceed with this prestigious exam.
