It is tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points. So, while selecting, you need to check some of the important parameters such as recognition, year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.

Sharad, it is very difficult to rate any institute for any Shiksha expert to rate simply because we have not visited or interacted with all the institutes. However, there is thumb-rule guidelines to check out any institute. Accordingly, you must check following parameters by yourself visiting the target college:--
