Frankly speaking, an MBA degree through correspondence or distance learning would not help you to a great extent, as you are a fresh graduate with only one year of work experience & most of the good Companies give preference to candidates with full time MBA. Correspondence or Distance Learning MBA is mostly for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience and are looking for growth in their current organization.

If you plan to pursue a MBA through distance/ correspondence mode, the quality and value of the course is less when compared to a regular education but then it is important that even if you pursue a correspondence education, this should be acquired through a recognized institution.

Well firstly Shiksha would not be the apt platform where in you can gain information regarding the training options as the same will differ on the basis of the companies your apply for your summer training.
But then generally speaking, there are many organizations which do offer summer trainings of a duration about 6 months and for applying to these, you may either look for the vacancy advertisements on various news papers or you may upload your resume on various job portals and await responses.
