Hi Monika,
all three of them are decent Institutes but I would suggest that before enrolling yourself in any one of the above mentioned Institutes you must keep in mind few of the things such as: Faculty (take a demo in few institutes), study material, number of classes given, number of doubtclearing sessions, is the institute has presence at national level (when you appear for the mock tests they will give national rankings, which will give you a more realistic picture of your capabilities and where you stand at a national level), & infrastructure.

After B.Tech in Civil, You can always practice Interior designing. Short Duration courses, if required, can be done in Interior designing. If you are not BTech Civil then you may need a formal course or training for Interior designing before steping into it.
