In order to pursue full time MBA program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA institutes is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.

When it comes to doing masters in biotechnology then one must know that the salary after passing out is not good and one can earn that much or higher after passing most other PG degrees or with even lesser qualification. It is tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points. While selecting, you need to check some of the important parameters such as recognition, year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.

Amongst all things I would suggest you to do M.Com so as to gain more & more of your subject knowledge. B.Ed. is meant for people who want to go in education line. MBA will be better but again I would suggest M.Com first.
