Digital Media and Animation related programs are offered by lot of Government Colleges and Autonomous Institutes & Universities in India as well. Few top notch institutes in the field are NID & IIT- IDC who offer PG programs in these segment. If you are creative, do consider and appear for their entrance test.
If you are considering distance learning universities for Masters Degree, do check their current recognition status from Distance Education Council & University Grant Commission.
Good, Better, Best are relative term. Every University/ College provide its best to students. It is for you to evaluate and consider better option as per your perception. Surf on the Internet and if possible, visit all of them as well as consider other options to identify most appropriate option

Hi,
CAT is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue MBA from various B-schools in India.
In order to pursue full time MBA program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So, if you are interested in pursuing MBA, then you need to take various management entrance test.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opting for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.

However to help, preparing for UPSC requires combination of smartness and hard work. Do the right things to gain an edge over your competition:
*Get the right books for Prelims
*Start preparing at least 10 months before
*Solve past year questions to test yourself on regular basis
*Cover the scoring sections early
*Cover the syllabus strategically. Don't go for a "prepare all" approach for prelims
*Balance paper 1 and 2
