There are no well-defined cut-offs for CAT and MICAT, not yet anyway.
Your chances of getting through MICA, given your performance in MICAT are good.
Note that the following factors play a role in your selection as a candidate to the MICA PGDM (C) programme:
Performance in MICAT
Performance in Group Exercise
Performance in Personal Interview
How your SOP builds a strong case for you to study at MICA.
Your fit to the overall batch as well as the institution.
Performance in CAT, an average score does't harm one here, but a good score builds impression.

As a minimum criterion of eligibility, aspiring candidates need to have completed:
Higher and Senior Secondary levels of education (classes X and XII) with a minimum aggregate score of 60%.
Graduation in Science/ Engineering/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Geology/ Geography, with a minimum aggregate score of 60%.
