Hi,
Actually, there is no difference between MBA and PGDM. MBA stands for Master of Business Administration and PGDM stands for Post Graduation Diploma in Management. Top colleges like IIM and all are giving their PGDM degree only as it states Diploma degree instead of Master's degree.

Hi, More than 5-years of gap is not impressive unless you gained some work experience. I can only advice to get in touch with the universities and agents who can guide you as per the university specific admission rules. You must also prepare for SOP accordingly and manage to get good recommendation reports.

If you are enquiring about the entrance exam, it's based on your Diploma topics and concepts where they will examine your conceptual and applications skills.
So, be sure on the basics of technical concepts.
Otherwise, if you are enquiring about B.Tech syllabus, it is same as of general students who joined B.Tech after their 12th.

NTT does not have much value so go for the combination course NPTT, in which you may teach from pre-nursery to 5 class.
It is a 2-year programme in which 1 month usually is internship in the school the institute opted for their students.
If your performance is good, the school will give you a permanent job.
Or you may go for D.El.Ed or D.Ed course. But I think you should go for B.Ed as both NPTT and B.Ed are 2 year programmes but the value of B.Ed is more.
