Actually, there is no difference between MBA and PGDM. MBA stands for Master of Business Administration and PGDM stands for Post Graduation Diploma in Management. Top colleges like IIM and all are giving their PGDM degree only as it states Diploma degree instead of Master's degree.

Otherwise, if you are enquiring about B.Tech syllabus, it is same as of general students who joined B.Tech after their 12th.

It is a 2-year programme in which 1 month usually is internship in the school the institute opted for their students.
If your performance is good, the school will give you a permanent job.
Or you may go for D.El.Ed or D.Ed course. But I think you should go for B.Ed as both NPTT and B.Ed are 2 year programmes but the value of B.Ed is more.
