As you have scored pretty well in your 10th, 12th, and B.Tech, you have the chance of getting call from IIT NIT and other good colleges. As your CAT percentile is 58.19 and you are from OBC back ground you can expect call from NIT and other good colleges for MBA. You can have chances in NIT Rourkela, it could accept the score as you are from OBC background and it has two procedures for selecting candidates which are it selects candidates based on performance in group discussion and candidates performance in personal interview.
