Hi Aman. you have too many thoughts and aspirations. Let me wish you the best of every thing. First of all my advise would be to go for your 12th. What would be your electives in 12th decides the courses and the degree which you can choose after 12th . If you plan well and execute your plan going to UK may not be a problem.

As Hospitality Management is still a budding field in India, there are not many Institutes which will give you MBA in Hospitality. However, few of the Institutes which you may consider are: Amity University, Rai Foundation, National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management etc.

Although, no set syllabus is there for TANCET, This test would be on the same lines as the other Management Entrances. It tests you on areas like Data analysis, RC, DS, Verbal etc.
If you are planning to do self study for quant you should start preparing through your NCERT books from 9th till 12th which will help you strengthening your fundamentals. For Verbal ability I would say, you can purchase Wren and Marten & a good dictionary would to start your preparations. You should study good intermediate level text books on different subjects which will help you in Passage section of verbal ability. Read News paper regularly especially

As you would be knowing that the exam for IAS is conducted by the UPSC and take place in two phases- CSAT and Main exam.
CSAT is the preliminary test and consist of two papers - General Studies and General Aptitude.
