Based on your interest, skill and academic background you can take the decision. If you are interested in management domain and graduated with an average 50% or more, then you can appear for a management entrance exam and go for an MBA from renowned B-school.
On the other hand, if you are keen to see yourself in IT domain, then you can go for MCA from prestigious institution. After MCA and getting work experience of at least 3 years in IT domain, if you would like to establish in managerial job, then you can go for EMBA or MBA.

Since you are a science student, you have the privilege to get into any field. If you have taken maths along with Physics and Chemistry and wish to make your career in science and technology, you can go for B.Sc + M.Sc in physics, chemistry or maths, engineering, etc.

Are you talking about IPE - Hyderabad? If yes, then IPE is a better option than Jaipuria - Lucknow in terms of placements, crowd, social exposure and faculty. You will be get location advantage in Hyderabad, if you choose to go for IPE, since most of the IT companies and other big companies are situated in nearby cities.
